This is an agreement between you and Whiteboard LLC (with its affiliates, “Whiteboard” or “we”). Please read these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Notice, and other applicable rules, policies, and terms available on our website before using the Whiteboard Services. By using the Whiteboard Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use Whiteboard Services under your account. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Whiteboard Services.
a. User Account Creation: To use certain Whiteboard Services, you must create a User Account with a valid payment method.
b. Software Usage: You may use the Software only for managing dental inventory as intended. Additional terms may apply to specific Software features.
c. Vendor Tools: Vendors using Whiteboard Services agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding product listings and sales.
a. Internet Connectivity: Access to Whiteboard Services may require an Internet connection from a third-party provider, subject to their fees and terms.
b. Availability: Some services may be unavailable or vary by product or location.
a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Software, Digital Content, and trademarks are owned by Whiteboard or its licensors.
b. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Software or Digital Content without express written permission.

b. Electronic Communications: By using Whiteboard Services, you consent to receive communications electronically (e.g., emails or platform notifications) that satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

b. User Content: You may post reviews or comments that are not illegal or infringe intellectual property rights. By posting content, you grant Whiteboard a non-exclusive license to use it globally.
Vendors using Whiteboard Services must ensure that product descriptions are accurate and comply with applicable Canadian laws regarding sales and advertising.
All purchases made through Whiteboard are subject to a shipment contract where the risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Whiteboard does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center. Refunds may be issued at our discretion without requiring a return.
Any dispute relating to your use of any Whiteboard Service will be adjudicated in Canadian courts located in your province of residence.
Whiteboard Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind unless otherwise specified in writing. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website.

Scanners returned in good condition will be accepted without issue. However, if the scanner is damaged, the customer will be responsible for any associated charges.
